[Bug] `/usage` command inaccessible despite active subscription

Bug Description
Can't see the /usage - claude says only for subscription even though I have one

I have the Max plan on macOS and the same thing happens.

can confirm, /usage not displaying even after logout and login, active Max x20 plan, Windows 11. version 2.0.74 (updated to 2.0.76, still same problem).

it is also not accessible in https://claude.ai/settings/usage

The usage API returns null for every fields:
