Do not leave trailing spaces

I'm using v0.5.0 in PyCharm Community 2017.2.3.

    my_cases = """
    food | barley
    1    | 11    
    2    | 22    
    """
```

When I use "Format Preserving Outer State", it leaves trailing spaces in the data rows as above. Trailing spaces are always undesirable.
