Docker CPU usage on macOS shoots up. Is this normal?

After running docker-compose up -d on macOS, the Docker CPU process shoots up to 400%

That doesn't surprise me. Docker on mac is terrible with Disk IO and causes a high CPU load. The workaround on mac for Docker in general is https://github.com/EugenMayer/docker-sync
