Log search bar overflows

When reducing size of the window the search bar overflows with very small sizes.

I think the best approach would be to transform the search bar into a single button when there is not enough space and on click occupy the whole width.

On mobile the behavior is different but also broken. The search bar moves offscreen to the right completely.
