[French] Villager train time per age is incorrect

Explorer data shows 19s train time for all ages with the age selector widget in unit stats

  Dark Age: 17s
  Feudal age: 17s
  Castle Age: 17s (in game rounding is weird, 20% of 20s should be -4s = 16s)
  Imperial age: 16s (in game rounding is weird, 25% of 20s should be -5s = 15s)

Train time verification:
Queue 11 villagers, starting stopwatch when the first villager comes out
Stopping stopwatch when the 11th villager comes out
Averaging villager train time (Time / 10)
For each age:

Dark age: 17.5s
Feudal Age: 17.5
Castle Age: 16.7s
Imperial Age: 16s

Method tested against English dark age villager train time which was a perfect 20s.

So the bonuses match the actual measurement. but it's a production speed bonus, not a production time reduction.
There are more of those gotchas like 'attack speed'.

20 / 1.20 = 16.66s, so that's correct.

However, we have the bonuses hardcoded in workarounds, we should update that. And make the UI update itself as ppl select different ages.
