As a User/Admin/Operator I would like to , ... have the proxmox support for both VM and lxc maybe with prebuilt applications running on top of lxc

Support for Proxmox is coming via #9752 in ACS 4.21 (due in August), as an in-built extension. Please try the release when it comes out, or the nightlies repo if you want to try even earlier https://download.cloudstack.org/testing/nightly/latest/
