Cannot link to date range searches in JIRA

When trying to share a search that includes a date range it will have the `|` character, which does not play nice with JIRA. For example, `https://lists.apache.org/list?builds@solr.apache.org:dfr=2022-5-4|dto=2022-5-31:ZKEventListenerThread` will break the link on the `|` character.

Would be nice to support an alternative character there.
