[WAGON-613] Switching from Jsch to an updated fork

Hi, I started a Jsch fork some time ago (https://github.com/mwiede/jsch) and since we got a ticket yesterday, which corresponds to wagon-ssh mwiede/jsch#95 we are wondering, whether you might be interested in switching from original com.jcraft:jsch to our fork. Please have a look.

In general yes, I have discussed the state of JSch mit several other committers several times. We are even considering to throw away JSch and move to another SSH impl, e.g., Apache MINA SSHD. The fact that JSch does not really provide a source repo and their dev process is completely opaque makes this library in most cases usesess, regardless of the current deficiencies.
