Addon annotators #19
Description
Similar to #18, this issue is good for new contributors.
The UIMA-CPP framework has some example annotators in examples but more solid, useful annotators can be shipped, similar to the ones available for Java in UIMA Addons project.
A good starting point would be to move some of the examples into their own folder.
Potential annotators can be discussed in this ticket. Migrating some of the Java ones to C++ is also an option.
