[Features] Refactor Kubench

• [Design new Target). Now kubebench use driver to judge differnet database, but it isn't enough. For oceanbase, we need to judge the it's tenent. For redis, we need to judge it's mode, such as single, sentinel, cluster. And etc .
• [Error Handler). Now kubebench don't have error handler, if the bench params have error when creating jobs, we need to add the info to event to user.
• [Common Status). Now the bench have the same staus, we use the common struct represent it.
