FEATURE: Set and use alternate algorithms for calculating points totals

Currently the program assumes 3/win and 1/draw to calculate points totals. In older seasons, though, most (or all) leagues used different methods, such as 2/win + 1/draw. This feature is needed to be able to accurately incorporate these seasons into the database.
