The version of APIs.io is being done in a modular way managed here via GitHub. It can be cumbersome to navigate when you aren't familiar, but once you do it becomes easy to keep concerns separated.
The GitHub org for APIs.io (api-search) is meant to be the front door for contributing to the product - https://github.com/api-search
The backend of it runs on AWS, utilizing AWS S3 for storage, AWS Lambda for compute, AWS RDS for database, and AWS API Gateway for management.
We are also using Postman for providing private and public workspaces, offering collections for each of the APIs, with monitors setup to automate the lifecycle.
Let's try to organize all discussion around infrastructure here.
