Testing of abe-protractor

To ensure the validity of abe-protractor we should have tests to help people contribution to the project:

• Unit tests of the JS Code
• Functional tests
  • Load an basic Angular JS app
  • Use the abe-protractor module to run basic Protractor tests which make API calls
    • To default stubs
    • To manually created stubs
