Missing command: FFBCommand

v1.1.1 had all other commands, except FFBCommand.

The implementation actually exist: https://github.com/apihlaja/node-irsdk/compare/feature/ffb-cmd?expand=1

The problem is, I have no idea what the command is supposed to do. If I cant come up with use-case, I cant test it and I don't release untested code. So.. if you actually need such command, poke me.

If you where able to increase/decrease the value of FFB setting (similar to one of the Option pages in game) that would allow you to map it to button boxes etc, or maybe reduce it based on maxed out FFB values
