Description
Some courses have manually graded exercises (questionnaires or file upload exercises). If they don't want to use Rubyric, then they would grade the submissions in the A+ inspect submission views. (At any rate, Rubyric does not support questionnaires.)
Write instructions for creating manually graded exercises. E.g., currently, the questionnaire freetext directive requires a model solution, which can be confusing.
