The grader protocol documentation in the a-plus repository was updated in this [PR](https://github.com/apluslms/a-plus/pull/1459) to resolve this [issue](https://github.com/apluslms/a-plus/issues/1257). The documentation in this repository is still a bit outdated and should be reviewed and updated.
