I think that you should modify the README and suggest to execute the command
madx<dummy_examples/first_example.madx
from
simulations-tools/mask
In addition you should modify
call, file="../sequences/round_optics_30_130urad/seqb1.seq";
call, file="../sequences/round_optics_30_130urad/seqb2.seq";
in
call, file="sequences/round_optics_30_130urad/seqb1.seq";
call, file="sequences/round_optics_30_130urad/seqb2.seq";
