Surveys are displaying fullscreen when configuring target SDK to 36

Currently surveys are displayed in fullscreen mode in the applications which target Android 16 (android 16 qpr1 beta 1).
The fix for Android 15 no longer works on Android 16

This issue is being worked on and the fix will be available with the next release.

We are adding this to 7.0. We had to do a smaller patch in between.
