SVG status badge blocked on GitHub readme files #3986
Description
In https://github.com/limdor/bazel-examples/blob/master/Readme.md the badge is not properly displayed, it just appears as a broken image.
When going to the developer tools of Chrome, you can see that it is due to being blocked
Same issue happens on Edge.
There is a related issue where it can be seen other people having similar issues with rendered on the fly svg images.
Because in the readme I have another SVG from a different CI displayed, I assume that it is a problem on how Appveyor delivers the rendered svg image.
I tried to find in other public repositories that have the Appveyor badge embeded and I found several with the same rendering issue.
