webhook response 405 on private Appveyor server

hi
i installed Appveyor server Version: 7.0.2546 on my private server (host:http://nuget.b4bim.cn). 
i found the webhook not work.
use the Webhook 'http://nuget.b4bim.cn/api/git/webhook?id=melhgtr0awltdhrh' generated by Appveyor server '' receive a respose body "405 Method not allowed"

how to resolved this problem? thanks
