Footnote links does not work

Description

Links to footnotes do not work (i.e. clicking on them does nothing). On the contrary clicking the "return" button on a footnote correctly takes you to the referring position.

Some more information about it issue - it seems that the reference links point to https://browse.arxiv.org/html/2401.01883v1/#bib.bib1 instead of https://browse.arxiv.org/html/2401.01883v1#bib.bib1 (note the erroneous / before the anchor hash). Removing the slash manually takes to the proper location.
