EPIC-6: Delete Bookmark

Goal

Allow the owner to permanently remove a bookmark from the collection, with a
confirmation step to prevent accidental deletion.

Motivation

Without a delete function the collection can only grow. Accidental saves and
outdated URLs must be removable. UC-5 (Delete Bookmark) is part of the MVP scope.

Scope

• Delete action button on each BookmarkList entry
• DeleteConfirm inline confirmation prompt
• delete_bookmark server function: idempotent DELETE
• Reactive list update on deletion
