HELLO 命令主要有三个功能：

1. 类似 ping 和 info ，检查连接情况并返回一些基本信息
2. 设置 client name 以标识不同的 client
3. 切换 redis 交互协议。

redis 协议主要是指 RESP 协议，常用的是 RESP2 和改进的 RESP3 两种协议。
