Nextcloud Workspace Sync Delays Affecting Data Consistency

Description

We are observing synchronization delays and inconsistent data views in our Nextcloud workspace. This issue coincides with our gradual rollout of LDAP synchronization for user authentication, which might be impacting the workspace behavior.

Steps to Reproduce

1. User A shares a file/folder in the Nextcloud workspace.
2. User B, in the same group, accesses the workspace soon after.
3. User B initially does not see the shared data or sees different data.
4. After a delay, the data appears/updates for User B.

Additional Information

• Nextcloud version: 27.1.4
• Workspace module version: 3.0.3
• Note: We are in the process of rolling out LDAP sync for user authentication. It's unclear if this is affecting the workspace synchronization but thought it important to mention.
