No character on screen

Hello , I have taken the step by your guide, But there are not any character on my VGA screen . I have connected all component include VGA displayer , PS2 keyboard and SDHC card on DE2-115 FPGA board.
What's wrong with it ? I'll appreciate it very much if you could help me !
