Support for administration of podcasts

UltraSonic should support the administration of podcasts using the API calls available on servers supporting the Subsonic REST API version 1.9.0 or greater. These API calls are:

createPodcastChannel
deletePodcastChannel
deletePodcastEpisode
downloadPodcastEpisode
