why does can't work on sdk less that 31

android 12 , can we modify it to do it , i tried it but event emitters are not working then , what is the issue, did you face this
i want it to work on sdk 24 or above

hey i am made changes to your repo in my fork and made in compatible above android sdk 28. please look into it and update this as well.
