Lots of processes created and not killed

Describe the problem

This happens, if the IDE is never closed and Windows is hibernated daily.

Albeit, it does not do any harm.

To reproduce

Never close the IDE and hibernate Windows daily.

Expected behavior

Not so many processes....

Process Explorer would show how these processes are started, i.e. command line arguments, would that have any clues?
