Documentation for IOC startup script is missing "enable caching" parameter

The current online docs only reference 5 parameters, but there are in fact 6 as seen in the code here.

The docs should be updated to include this parameter.

Indeed. This new parameter was introduced back in dceffd7, but the documentation wasn't changed accordingly at that time (although mentioned in a changelog entry for R1-1).

Do you mind creating a PR documenting such missing parameter? You can get inspiration for the description in the docstring provided in the source code.
