Conflicting documentation files

The docs/ADLambda directory contains 2 conflicting files, lamba.rst and ADLambda.rst.

I suggest that lambda.rst gets deleted, and ADLambda.rst is checked for accuracy and any missing content is merged from lambda.rst.
