Camserver simulator

I've put together a python program that provides a virtual simulated version of camserver's socket interface: https://github.com/NSLS2/virtual-pilatus3. I've tested it with ADPilatus and it allows for running/testing the IOC w/o having access to a detector. Is that something that would be worth submitting to this repository (or potentially linking to in the documentation)?
