Fix arena-web-core build #32
Description
Building ARENA core from the init.sh is failing because npm is unable to fetch ssh dependencies. Therefore, dcad3cb disabled it.
We should find a fix and enable it again. Meantime, a node environment in the host will need to be setup to build arena-web-core on the host (similar to setting up a local dev environment; see #31 ).
