power on/off all switch in home assistant doesn't work

I have added both tinxy-hacs and tinxylocal in my home assistant.
The tinxy-hacs works as expected , when you toggle the master switch then all the switches change state from Off to On and vice-versa.
In the tinxy-local after toogling the master switch only 1 switch turns on, I tried scenes and same happened.

Mass toggle won't work as of now because of the limitation of the local API.

I am less knowledgeable on home assistant /hacs plugin development
I was wandering may be do you think the mass toggle can be programed to toggle all the switches one by one with a delay of 1-2 seconds rather than toggling all together.

In home assistant these are considered as different entities so, adding a delay is troublesome.
Let me see what I can do, meanwhile you can do the same in ha automation and an input toggle.

@kalyanasishsaha Please have a look at latest beta release 2.2-beta ( PR #16 ) . I have added a delay between toggles since the hardware only allows 1 toggle per second.
