Install Fails with Spaces in Path

I noticed the install fails on make when gr-nrsc5 is placed in a folder that contains a space in its name. It is the same for theori-io/nrsc5. Tested on Ubuntu 20.04 against maint-3.8. I don't know if it is a big deal, but other GNU Radio out-of-tree modules seem to handle the spaces.

Thanks for the report. It seems to be an issue with the faad2 dependency, but I wasn't able to work out what was wrong with it. I'll leave this open until a solution is found.
