Talking with Argilo he figured it wouldn't be hard to wrap a decoder block around https://github.com/theori-io/nrsc5

The main benefit i see is making it much easier to support multiple different SDRs.

There is a way to decode from other SDRs. I was able to follow this guide and decode from my RSP1 clone. In short, it is done by filtering the signal to only contain the HD Radio signal, resampling it to be exactly 1488375 S/s, interleaving the real and imaginary components of the signal, converting it to a cu8 sample format, and then writing it to a FIFO sink where it can finally be read by the nrsc5 program to decode (nrsc5 -r sink [program_number]).
