Hi @dizer-ti thanks for the contribution, but we actually would like to pin the actions to hashes. Please see this comment here #139 (comment) and feel free to do the changes in another PR if you like. |

GitHub-hosted runners now use Node 20, so actions/checkout@v4 is required. Workflows only updated—no functional changes.
