Restarted quests should count as completed for achievement

For the Complete 80 Quests achievement, quests that are in the process of being repeated are not counted.
Only quests currently in the Completed Quests tab are counted.
Any completed and repeated quests in Open Quests during a repetition are not counted towards the achievement.

The code needs a way of distinguishing the difference between a quest that has never been completed and one that is in the process of a repetition.

If a quest is in the process of being repeated but has not been completed yet
does not qualify for being completed...

If a quest was undertaken and never completed,
then it would still not qualify as completed

As long as a quest has been completed at least once, it should count towards achievement regardless of the quest state.

I believe there were recent changes to quest system that would support this. If not, I will add the methods.

Support has been added. Now we just need to update all repeatable quests to override the getCompletedCount method.
