Can not finish install script due to minio #13181

While run install script, the minio pod crash due to binary minio move to /opt as issue at minio/minio#13181.

Currently work-around is to redeploy minio pod:

kubectl apply -f $BASE_DIR/infrastructure/minio.yml
kubectl delete pod minio-0
