CSV files with non-comma delimiters (semicolons, tabs, pipes) are now detected and parsed automatically when using format-aware I/O, removing the need to specify the delimiter manually. A bug in the REPL was fixed where file operation commands failed after issuing :clear due to stale working-directory state.
