Orthogonality: Identify MOBIO terms that can be replaced by terms imported from SO & GO

There are outstanding issues on the OBOFoundry repo to add MOBIO:

The problem that is blocking addition of MOBIO to the OBOFoundry and establishing a purl is that MOBIO has defined several terms that are similar or identical to existing terms in other ontologies (SO & GO).

According to the OBO Foundry's principle of collaboration, terms should be re-used from existing ontologies wherever possible:
