Build failes in strange output of uname

in cause if uname returns strange result (aka '5.3.12-1-MANJARO' as in vanilla Manjaro distributive) build failes with no target

So strange to see that some uname output could break everything, however you may try following command to get verbose output:
make VERBOSE=1

Please check that following path /lib/modules/ does exist in your distribution
