[Bug] Baseline Search allows InSAR jobs to be submitted with reference scene = secondary scene #1871
Description
Baseline searches in Vertex include a result for the reference granule itself. This result can be submitted as an InSAR GAMMA or autoRIFT job. The job will have the same scene as both the reference scene and the secondary scene. The job can be submitted successfully to HyP3, but the job will ultimately fail.
