Store Configuration Settings in Microsoft Project Properties

Prevent having to re-configure the setup on every launch. Hold the configuration properties in Microsoft Project Properties.

• Azure DevOps Project URL
• Work Item Types to be used

I think all properties will be removed..... I should test how it will work with the project online.
