Can't line break (shift + enter) in some sessions.

Not sure why this happens but sometimes for certain sessions in a particular dir I am unable to line break inside of claude. When using claude code I typically write something out and line break to provide logs, but when using agent-deck it won't let me do this. I tried using a regular terminal session with calude code it works fine.
