[Feature] Improve git workflows #23
Description
The current git workflows only build and deploy the static site to the server. Add workflows to deploy to docker, run tests on PR's and other cool stuff
Tasks:
- E2E tests on PR's
- Unit tests on PR's
- Publish to docker hub on new release
- Create release artifact's on new release
