Add description of bookmark

Hi team,

I tried the demo link, the app looks very good !
Is it possible (or do you have a way to do it?) to add description of URL link and see it in the search ?

=> For the UX we can limit the number of caracters to display on it, but I think it would be nice.

And optionnally, do the same things to add the favicon URL.

I like the idea, but i'm not really sure where i would put it without making the UI cluttered. Some URL's can be really big and occupy most of the width of the search bar. I could truncate that as well but that would be less useful for folks that rely on seeing the whole URL. I'm open to ideas on how you want to handle that. Another thing I can think of is to have it on a separate line in the search result entry. Open to ideas here :)

This being said, I dont think i have the bandwidth to make this change but I'm open to working with you to contribute a change here.
