How to map "Print Screen" key to "shift + cmd + ctrl - 4"

Hi,

I'm using a Logitech Ergo K860 keyboard, when I press down the Print Screen key, skhd -o shows 0x14, when the key is released, 0x37 is shown. How can I map the Print Screen key to "shift + cmd + ctrl - 4"?
