Db schema changes

1. change the type of token_code in newrl db from integer to string
2. alter amountcreated and value created as integers
3. Add decimal for amount created

@swapnilpawar31415 decimal may not be needed. integers in sqlite3 can goto 2^64. is that sufficient?
