Configuration Option to disable ChatHistoryLimit

Feature Description

Some other mods already include this feature, which causes AUnlocker to conflict with these mods' patches.

My suggestion is to allow disabling this feature by setting the value in the config to -1

I've only tested this with Project: Lotus, where upon pressing the Up Arrow or Down Arrow, the message is instantly sent instead of only being placed in the text field. This only occurs when AUnlocker is present.

Additional Information

(Though I've only tested Project: Lotus, I assume that the issue listed also occurs in other mods as most of them share a similar patch)

ChatHistoryLimit only controls how many messages are kept in the history, so that's not the cause of this issue.

I think splitting the PatchChat feature up into separate config options (so history scrolling, Control-C/X/V, and higher character limit can be enabled / disabled individually) would be a good way to fix this.
