[Feat] Web Dashboard

• Customizable like Sapphire's dashboard
• Access to permissions, commands, economy
• Ideally only the person who hosts it has access to the dashboard, but in reality other people (admins, moderators) also want to have access to the dashboard so (discord oauth) authentication would need to be implemented in case the hoster wants to "expose" the dashboard
• Have a bot listener script that listens for changes from the dashboard every few seconds and changes settings in the database accordingly? Maybe a more efficient approach is needed to sync changes between database and dashboard.
